13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Homes Partnership were realistic in their valuation of my property rather than giving inflated figures to get the business and then asking you to reduce the price to enable the property to be sold. Their adverts are good including giving a 360 degree tour of the property. They promote the property well and give regular feedback on the number of online views as well as physical viewings.<br>Will use again

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. A viewing was arranged at the week-end and we were met at the property by Julie. We were extremely impressed by her friendly and professional manner, a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and also the surrounding area. Julie answered all our questions, the property “ticked all the right boxes” and we made an offer the same day.

Having provided her with the relevant criteria for the type of property that we are interested in, she quickly responded with details of a number of properties, two of which we have already viewed. Maggie also has excellent communication skills, and we look forward to receiving details of other possible properties in the future.
