The difference in energy, flexibility and "can do" attitude was clear from the start, and this was then followed up by superior photography and marketing. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property in the Oxted area.

From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. 14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)What can I say to truly convey my positivity and trust towards the team at the Caterham Branch in their true value - All the team have been polite/helpful, proactive and no task is too much for them.<br>We put our house on the market in Chaldon, at what proved to be a very tricky market this summer. The branch manager, Daniel was very honest in his valuation initially. We tried the higher value but despite their best efforts in marketing fully for us, we had no joy. Following a price reduction suggested by us, the team stepped up the marketing again, re-listed to potential purchasers and immediately updated the websites. Here we are, 9 viewings later and now under offer, chain complete, our purchase confirmed and solicitors in touch. Fingers crossed this will progress to completion now, I have faith in the team.<br>Special mentions to Kristine and the lovely Lily-Mae and of course, Daniel for his patience and superior experience of property sales in the area.<br>Highly recommend if you are thinking of marketing your property in Chaldon or the local area!

Most recently, they sold our property remarkably quickly.<br>A huge thank you to Paul and the team for their professionalism, support, and excellent communication throughout. The transition team was fantastic and kept everything moving smoothly, making the whole process far less stressful.<br>We couldn't recommend Move Revolution highly enough. Their expertise, dedication, and customer service are second to none. Five stars! ?????
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

26th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Lovely hotel with a great room and comfy bed. Unfortunately the food was really unpleasant - and the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Shame as it has the potential to be a great place but sadly the restaurant is really atrocious. Eating there did ruin our evening as we spent so long waiting on every course - wouldn’t have minded enormously but the food was really terrible too when it did come. Would definitely stay in the hotel again but not go to the restaurant.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We were extremely impressed by her friendly and professional manner, a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and also the surrounding area.
