30th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Overall experience was extremely positive and the initial impression was that this was an agent that cared about selling your house, rather than just earning money doing it. Interest was very poor at the start and, while I was assured that the house should be attracting interest it just wasn't. Unsurprisingly dropping the price helped, but I would want my agent to guide me to say what interest it might get dropping the price, or to advise holding out rather than just waiting for me to take action. Nevertheless, working with Wilbys was great, they were always easy to speak to, responsive, and great with enquiries and booking viewings when they came in. No complaints on the customer service side at all. Would absolutely use them again.

24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Have been horrifically harassed by my next door neighbour who Movemaker are letting agent for. Rang several times complaining of domestic abuse within the home (including police) and neighbour keying my car, tipping a FULL wheelie bin of his rubbish bin on to my property and throwing dog feaces while being verbally abusive, all when intoxicated. This letting agent ignored my complaints which has resulted in police and CPS involvement, also, I was informed by police that they were not letting the owner of property know all this abuse was happening to me and was kept a secret. I would not recommend anyone to rent their property through them.

Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.

I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

Always on hand with a listening ear and Max was just the best support as was Andy. I would recommend Hunters Castleford for a rental to anyone as they are great with the personal touches, I always felt listened to and when I needed them they were always there. From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.
