AVOID USING FOREFRONT, use someone more reputable. Lack of communication, when that communication does come it’s unclear & muddled up with communication from all other parties. Our estate agent left the company midway through the process & the person picking it up had no clue about the process nor wanted to get bought up to speed. 4 months into the process, after waiting patiently, we were asked if we had a mortgage offer??? The one rare time we got any communication from Forefront, the estate agent handled the situation very poorly, leaving a sour taste in our mouth. Safe to say we will never be using forefront again & I strongly advise you not to use forefront, use someone more reputable like Richard James, Haart or Charles Harding.... Read more

This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.... Read more
