This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.... Read more

Don’t know how sellers use agents like that. Literally don’t ever get back to your enquiries or emails. Calls redirected to so centre. Clueless about the property. This is why I would never use an agent. I wanna see the property but comms are tragic, I am persistent so I might see it, but most buyers won’t bother. Hiring them is a real disadvantage while selling your home. Terrible... Read more
