Mark went above and beyond, he answered all our questions, and offered reassurance and guidance when needed. He gave us regular updates and helped keep the whole process moving, and we appreciated the clear communication he facilitated between all parties.<br><br>As first time buyers, we were told this would be one of the most stressful times in our lives, but as we felt truly looked after, we could enjoy the exciting process.<br><br>Thank you very much Mark and the Moore Allen & Innocent team. We love our house!

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

14th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.

8th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Extremely friendly, extremely supportive. Highly recommend them all.

Booking a viewing was super easy, and he always responded to our queries quickly.<br><br>During the viewing we had a thorough walkthrough and were given plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. At the offer stage communication was completely open and transparent, keeping us informed throughout.<br><br>To top it off, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming when collecting the keys.<br><br>Would highly recommend James and the whole team!
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Very upset!<br><br>My partner and I were due to view a flat in cricklade, the night before we received an email saying the viewing was still going ahead.<br><br>Barely 2 hours before our viewing my partner received an email saying “your viewing has been cancelled” no explanation at all. So my partner phoned up and was told the flat had been let. Even tho it wasn’t available to let until September.<br><br>May as-well have listed it as “first come first server” because by the looks of things, no one else gets a chance after one persons shown interest.<br><br>Didn’t even have a chance to view it or get close to looking into placing a holding deposit.<br><br>This was going to be our first ever rental. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Can safely say we’ll be looking at other letting agencies in the future.<br><br>Nice way to destroy a young couples hope at freedom.
19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)From the start of this process, Chloe and Lauren showed high professionalism, and most importantly, a human touch. They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!
