Mark went above and beyond, he answered all our questions, and offered reassurance and guidance when needed. He gave us regular updates and helped keep the whole process moving, and we appreciated the clear communication he facilitated between all parties.<br><br>As first time buyers, we were told this would be one of the most stressful times in our lives, but as we felt truly looked after, we could enjoy the exciting process.<br><br>Thank you very much Mark and the Moore Allen & Innocent team. We love our house!

Tim Stanley was excellent.

9th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)With particular reference to Lucia Guillaca, who at the time was based at the Butler Sherborn office in Cirencester and has since moved to Burford, my husband and I cannot speak more highly of our experience in buying our lovely stone cottage in Fossebridge. Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end. As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!

Clare showed us the house in the first instance - she was absolutely brilliant, answers to every question, local knowledge invaluable and generally a really professional viewing.
