She guided us on affordability and referenced us to the in-house broker to get an idea of how much we could borrow based on our real life situation. We would definitely be looking to speak to Molly and the team again should we want to move in 5 years.

As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Chloe spent time helping me with a solicitor query which I appreciated. I can’t recommend Key Move enough - they are brilliant!
