27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)We were tenants at a property in Raynes Park managed by Jade at Samuel Estates and were very happy with the service provided. We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

17th May 2024 (1 year ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.
20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I strongly advise against doing business with this estate agency.<br><br>They currently manage my mum’s property and have withheld tenant funds without any clear or lawful justification, which is deeply concerning. Additionally, they introduced a tenant who is now using the property for a rent-to-rent arrangement, despite being under an AST agreement.<br><br>The situation has escalated further, as the tenant has set up what appears to be an HMO which goes against the clauses of the AST and is now attempting to pressure my mum into covering costs (such as installing a fire door) to make the property compliant.<br><br>Communication has also been highly unprofessional and slow. Afsheen has been consistently disrespectful on the phone and has ended calls abruptly when I have tried to resolve these issues. Nyala is slow and doesn’t answer requests in a timely manner. Furthermore, there has been a refusal to provide tenant details required for us to proceed with an eviction notice, causing unnecessary delays.<br><br>Overall, my experience has been extremely negative. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before engaging with this agency.
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)My experience selling through the team at Strutt & Parker was exceptional - they offered a clear valuation and sale strategy and within a week we had 3 offers and went to sealed bids. They then managed all parties exceptionally well throughout and achieved above the asking price. George and Lauren in particular were knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and the excellent advice they provide.- 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)JDW contacted us about a buyer although we hadnt planned to sell imminently. Despite a difficult market JDW were confident and determined to make the sale. After a short negotiation the sale was finalised and contracts exchanged. This was the easiest sale in 30 years.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I work in property management myself, so I naturally have fairly high standards and quite a few detailed requirements. While Concept is a smaller agency and responses from some other departments were not always the most efficient, I feel it’s important to highlight Giacone’s outstanding work as a lettings agent. Giacone went well beyond simply doing his job. He actively helped coordinate between different parties and genuinely worked to maintain a good client relationship throughout the process — something that, from a professional point of view, is actually quite rare in this industry. Despite my many requests (a bit of an occupational habit, I admit), he remained patient, proactive, and solution-focused, making a real effort to push things forward and resolve issues one by one. This review is specifically for Giacone. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and persistence — it was genuinely appreciated.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)My experience of Barnard Marcus sales working with Yvette White was that she is proactive and faster than other estate agents in getting your paperwork ready and your property on the market. From start to finish, she gets things done. She kept the sale moving at every stage and did not let delays stall progress. When issues came up, she addressed them quickly and pushed for clear outcomes. She coordinated closely with the solicitors and both parties, ensuring communication stayed focused and completion stayed on track. Her persistence and drive made the process smoother and less stressful. If you want an agent who takes action and delivers results, I would highly recommend her.

Especially appreciate the communication responsiveness and proactive style of Alan Groom who was pivotal to moving things along.

Most of us will only go through a few property sales in our lives, I'd suggest you make sure yours are with someone like Jess.
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

James Poll and his team marketed our property and managed the presentation, photography and viewings smoothly. We were kept informed of viewings and offers and we were advised on the best way to move forward with the elements of the sale process. In a difficult market, James managed to facilitate a sale which suited both parties. Oaks proved to be good with their communication with us as well as their professionalism.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion
