7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Brian and team were so professional but at the same time very helpful and friendly , really put me at ease as i worked through selling our house. They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . I would highly recommend them.to anyone looking for quality and excellent service Thanks Emma and Anne
25th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Hilda England worked tirelessly to complete the sale of the property. I was kept informed throughout the process and given sound advice. Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued. I would use Stags again and recommend to other.
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)There was not much communication ,only a few viewings two were no shows, great photos. Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.
24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would recommend Zoe/Red Deer without any hesitation whatsoever. A long, awful, drawn out 6 month chain, with solicitors leaving, indemnity insurance issues, cancelled movers and the rest. Despite this Zoe was there to help at every stage. From initial visit we knew we had found the perfect estate agent. Zoe knew the area, respected our cottage, valued well and presented it superbly. 3 other "big name" estate agents valued our property ( 7 miles outside Bridgwater) but had no idea - they valued between £100,000 and £170,000 LESS !....seemed unless they had a street of identical properties to base their valuation on, then they had no clue !..SOLD at virtually asking price to third viewers. Zoe continually went above and beyond, sorting many issues that were not part of her remit but got us over the line a week before Christmas. I WOULD RECOMMEND RED DEER 101% AND FREELY PERMIT ZOE TO PASS ON MY EMAIL SHOULD ANYONE WANT TO VERIFY MY REVIEW.....

Katie Jo, Katie and Kirsty are extremely knowlegable, professional and helpful keeping us fully informed every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend GTH.
19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Lorraine at Webbers / Fine & Country is an absolute legend. Professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point – no waffle, no messing about, just got things done. Exactly what you need when buying a home. She kept everything moving, made the whole process feel far less stressful, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Always on the ball and clearly knows her stuff. Would 100% recommend Lorraine to anyone.
15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Everyone at Wilkie May & Tuckwood have been fantastic. My husband and I were looking to buy our first house, and these guys delivered! They were amazing from the get go, we viewed a house, fell in love, it was no issue to view a second time and we went back again to do some other checks after having our offered accepted. Honestly nothing was too much, Ellie, who we essentially have been in contact with over the purchase was so lovely. She kept in contact throughout the whole process and made sure we had everything we needed when asked. Justin and the rest of the team do a cracking job all round, we've used Wilkie may in the past to sell a property in Minehead, and Richard and the team there are equally as fantastic.

9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Rosie Marlow is everything you should expect from an estate agent ,sadly experience has been very poor. Rosie is very proactive ,knowledgeable,enthusiastic and has made the process of selling our apartment relatively stress free upto now.
