Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . 6th May 2026 (3 days ago)Northwood Letting have been great when I recently went through a change of occupancy at the flat I rent in Bristol. Any communications I’ve had with the staff at the branch has been excellent (special mention to Anne and Matthew) for answering my queries efficiently and promptly. They’ve made what was a stressful process, incredibly smooth! I would happily recommend the Northwood branch to anyone.

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have just completed my first-buyer journey of purchasing my first ever home with Fox and Sons. Specifically, Peter from the Taunton branch was my representative and overlooked my purchase. Right from the first viewing of the property, Peter was accomodating, informative, and very open to answering my questions. Throughout the entire process, Peter was timely in responding to my emails and requests for information. He assisted with chasing the seller's solicitors when needed, which was immensely helpful in expediting the process and keeping things moving forward smoothly. Thank you again Peter for all your help - I highly recommend him and the entire Fox and Sons team!

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)They had since September to sell our property, which was first listed at their own valuation. Over the months, they repeatedly advised us to reduce the price, which we did three times. We were out of contract with them from December, but still ended up stuck with them until 1st May. In that time, we had only three viewings, and we believe one of those may not have been genuine. It felt like they were just bringing anyone round to make it look as though they were doing something, including people who had not even sold their own property. They have wasted valuable time when we could have been with a company that actually cared about selling our home. Now that we are going with another estate agent, they want £300 from us after seven months of poor service. Avoid at all costs.

We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. 100 % highly recommended!
14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Two years ago, when I moved out of one of their houses, I had to pay a special cleaning team to clean the oven. I sent them pictures of how the oven looked before I moved in and how it looks now, 10 times cleaner than it was. I had to pay anyway. I asked for a bill from the cleaning team because I wanted to check if they had robbed me, I'm still waiting for the bill. I do not recommend it.

Nick and the team do an excellent job giving you regular feedback on viewings and follow up on the legal process on your behalf. The solicitor I used was very complimentary about the Bridgwater team. The levels of professionalism are excellent yet you still feel like they really care about you and they manage expectations and endeavour to get the best price possible for your property I have no problem in highly recommending Wilkie May, Nick and the team at Bridgwater
26th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

31st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Time wasters. They don’t include pet restrictions in ads. When we ring to ask about pets, they state “pets will be considered on application”. Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you are renting through them. I’m really disappointed with my experience. The people I’ve spoken to have always come across as polite and approachable, which made me feel initially reassured. However, that hasn’t been reflected in how my situation has actually been handled. My main issue is with my deposit. It has now been over 2 months, and I am still waiting for a proper response or resolution despite following up multiple times. This has been frustrating and stressful, especially as it feels like there’s a lack of urgency in dealing with something that matters a lot to me. Each time I call, I’m directed to the lettings team, but they often seem unaware of my case or any previous communication, even after I’ve been in touch repeatedly. This shows a clear lack of internal communication and coordination. It’s disappointing because the conversations themselves feel positive, but the follow-through just isn’t there. I was expecting a more efficient and transparent service.

He was incredibly positive about my property, particularly the recent renovations. Although my initial asking price was high, James was happy to give it a go and the professional photos and video marketing were outstanding. When I became concerned about the timeline and price, James provided honest, expert advice to adjust the listing. We found a buyer shortly after, leading to a successful completion in mid-April. The entire team was professional, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommended!

His genuine honesty, regular updates and clear communication made a real difference during what could easily have been a stressful experience. Tom consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving and to make sure we were informed at every stage. That level of effort and professionalism does not go unnoticed, and it made the whole journey far easier for us. In the end, it was absolutely worth it, and a big part of that is down to Tom’s dedication and support throughout the process. I would happily recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
