The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

22nd Aug 2019 (6 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

I was kept fully informed but didn’t need to get involved in the viewings. I received a useful summary of the various interested parties, and professional advice from which I made an informed decision.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have been a tenant in a property managed by Rooftops Hale for the past 6 years and found them to be exemplary. Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)There's simply no other estate agent you should consider in South Manchester. Kirsty and her team; Dani, Jordan, and Amelia, were impeccible throughout our experience with them. Our home was first listed with another agent for several months, received over 20 viewings but zero offers. The first agent only had one stream of advice: reduce, reduce, reduce. We switched to Clifford Saunt who came in with practical advice on how to improve our home (without spending a fortune), incredible professionalism and communicatiion, and a genuine desire to help our family. Our property received multiple offers within mere days of being listed with Clifford Saunt, and sold for 10k more than our previous agent said we would. Our sale was also finalised well within the ideal timeline we gave them. We will 100% use Clifford Saunt for any future home moves.

The marketing was very professional with good photographs and videos, we got lots of viewings which were all handled by James. Also when things stalled while enquiries were being answered by both ours and the buyers' solicitors, James and Louise were extremely diligent in helping to move the process along which really helped us to complete on time. Would highly recommend Lord and Porter.
30th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)JF Hale valued the property for marketing at £395k .I had an independent valuation by Jones Surveyors done at £430k high to £400k lowest.I instructed JF Hale to market at £430k and the property was sold within a week at £427,500.JF Hale would have cost me money had I not taken independent advice from Jones Surveyors.
