Chris and Ross were both exceptionally helpful in getting clear updates from the chain, and were really supportive in getting us moved into our new home just in time for the arrival of our second child (1 week later). Would definitely recommend Spencer Gordon if you are thinking of buying / selling a house in the area. Thanks for everything guys! David W
15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I had a really positive experience renting my home through this estate agency. From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Jane, Maureen, and Pete, who all went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Jane was incredibly organised and always quick to respond to any questions, Maureen was warm and reassuring throughout, and Pete was especially helpful in making sure everything was in great shape before I moved in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent — a friendly, efficient, and trustworthy team.
28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Since I moved here 3 years ago i have had direct contact with Mandy boot, she has always been easy to talk to and has never made me feel uncomfortable to message her directly, any issues I report i have never doubted the work won’t be carried out and has never disappointed me and left me constantly chasing her, Mandy has always kept me updated on issues I have reported and had them dealt with quickly and efficiently, I have huge respect for mandy who takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond, mandy is a great asset to your team and the service, she is amazing and very reliable and ensures all jobs that has completed that I am happy and satisfied before closing my repair request.
13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.
24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Recently purchased a house with the help of this Absolutely brilliant team, and Meg Wall who was given our case was faultless from start to finish, easily accessible to speak to whenever we had any questions. And hit the target date of completion without a hitch. Would highly recommend anybody to use ONP solicitors if you want a smooth transaction.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

10th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Sold my house through Bridgefords. Bethany was very good at dealing with our very difficult sale. Lewis was always very helpful whenever I spoke to him. Other staff members I found very frustrating. Would ask them for information and then never hear from them. The estate agent I bought by my house through was always contacting me for updates because they said Bridgefords didn’t reply to her emails. I raised this with the manager and never got a response.

28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I initially trusted 222 Estates because they have many properties and they always answered the phone promptly. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended. Most of the questions I asked could not be answered clearly, and when they did provide answers, they repeatedly failed to follow up with the emails I specifically requested. Important information was promised but never sent unless we chased them multiple times. Communication was disorganised and frustrating, and we were constantly left waiting for details that should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of follow-up and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend 222 Estates if you value clear, reliable, and professional communication.

Very proactive in marketing my property and no issue in relation to attending viewings when I was unable to be present. A great all round team!

The level of customer service was excellent — any issues I had were dealt with promptly, and communication was always clear, especially around inspections. The team were consistently helpful, friendly, and quick to resolve anything that came up. Overall, a very professional and reliable service. I’d definitely recommend using this letting agency to anyone looking to rent a property.

Whilst we was dealing with the pain of bereavement and deciding to sell our parents house, dealing with Darren was friendly, very knowledgable and professional advising us through all the stages of selling the property and made the process as easy as possible. He was available and a constant throughout and went above and beyond to keep us updated right through to completion when we was not getting much updates from the Solicitor.
