She gave me all the information I needed in a way I could understand and went through all options.<br>She then liased closely with the Lender to ensure a speedy outcome. From start to finish it all took less than 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)From start to finish my renting process with Entwistle has been fast, reliable, extremely friendly and I genuinely cannot fault them at all!! Me and my two kids were in a very difficult situation and both agents I spoke too were extremely reassuring and helped me every single step of the way. I went from feeling so uncertain to actually knowing my next steps and finding a home. I highly recommend if you’re looking for your new family home the staff here are wonderful and everything is fair and straightforward. Thankyou so much again to everyone who helped us. I couldn’t be more happy.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Sold our house through northwood and it wasnt great. Viewings arranged and no confirmation to us. Cancelations of viewing without notice. Buyer even turned up with our estate agent while i was in bed following a nightshift as we had no notification of this. Staff can come across as very rude. Would not recommend at all.
12th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely outstanding Estate Agents, from initial contact through to moving in to my new home.<br>They endeavoured to make everything run as it should be.<br><br>Winston ?????? a very highly trained service dog told me all I needed to know about the staff within minutes of visiting the Stockton Heath branch.<br>He wasn't wrong either 100% friendly, polite and exceptionally honest and professional.<br><br>After months of dealing with lots of various other agents, coming across the team at Mark Anthony Estate agents was very refreshing. Not only did they hear what I said however they listened too.<br><br>After an initial clients needs analysis re my requirements i was very quickly put in touch with what seemed to be the ideal home for myself and Winston ??????.<br><br>After the one and only viewing i immediately thought i can see myself living here.<br>3.5 months later I'm here in my new home settling in and getting unpacked / organised after 2 very hot draining days (the worst time to move apart from rain I.M.O).<br><br>The team worked very closely with everyone involved including regular updates to my solicitor, that in itself was extremely helpful.<br>I honestly don't believe after our initial point of contact I had to call them once !!<br><br>They only got in touch with myself when they needed to making the whole process stressfree and a very easy pleasant one.<br><br>I honestly can't recommend or thank the Stockton Heath team enough.<br>For me this is exactly what an estate agent should look like, they certainly set the standard leading by example in the Warrington area.<br><br>I had other estate agents sending me to view properties coming up with reasons why I should view them rather than listening to my needs in the first place.<br>The amount of other properties I viewed and the time wasted was in itself a gruelling affair, often leaving myself frustrated and annoyed.<br><br>As mentioned these were the complete opposite more interested in finding the right property for their clients rather then getting viewings done for all the wrong reasons.<br><br>10/10 from me, I have no hesitation recommending them to clients looking for properties to buy.<br>I can't comment re selling as I moved from out of area.<br>That said there is no doubt in my mind that these would be the ones to use, connecting real buyers with sellers.<br><br>Thanks to all the team,<br><br>Andrew and Winston ?????? ??????????????????
11th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would just like to thank everyone at Edward Mellor for their help and support in selling my parents home which wasnt straightforward and involved a legal process to get the job done.<br>Because of the nature of the sale i was assigned a very experienced and specialised agent Amy Hardman who was superb,she is very professional has 100% dedication and very very good indeed,not just that i felt she really cared,was really supportive during the stressful times in what was a difficult sale,she is the person you want helping you in getting it done.<br>I can’t thank her enough,she was an absolute legend!<br>Kind Regards<br>John

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Please do not move in with this company. I was due to move in two months ago, and throughout the entire process I received no information whatsoever about the moving-in procedure. I emailed multiple times beforehand asking what I needed to do, but nobody responded.<br><br>When I finally arrived at the building, I was told I had to travel all the way to MediaCity to collect my keys, despite repeatedly asking in advance about the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, the problems only got worse after moving in. There was black mould on my ceiling, which I reported immediately. Someone came out and simply painted over it, despite me explaining that there clearly appeared to be dampness or a leak causing the mould. My concerns were not properly investigated.<br><br>Just 26 days later, the black mould returned — around ten times worse. There is now an active leak in the ceiling directly above my bed. I reported this over a month ago and have emailed every seven days since, yet I have received no response whatsoever from the property management team.<br><br>I have also reported the issue through their reporting service and still have had no response. This is completely unacceptable. I am now becoming unwell and have had to miss significant amounts of work, while the management continue to fail to take the situation seriously.<br><br>I have now contacted Salford City Council to see if they can put pressure on the building management to address the leak, damp and mould.<br><br>Do not rent with this property. I ignored the warning signs and I deeply regret it. If you are considering moving here, please take these issues seriously and think very carefully before signing a contract.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Moving house is far from easy and often stressful and choosing the right estate agent is crucial. In our experience, many estate agents have initially offered a high level of service for a not inconsiderable fee, but then failed to deliver. This has certainly not been our experience with Lawrenson Ball. They have provided us with a personal level of service which has been second to none. They have been available to offer helpful advice and support at all times of the day and week, especially during the stressful times. Their experience has been invaluable during the negotiation of our house sale right through to exchange of contracts and final completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Lawrenson Ball and cannot praise them more highly.

Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently responded to emails promptly. Nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>Andy was also very supportive during our transition out of our rental property whilst we moved on to buy our own home. Helping to ensure that the checkout process went smoothly. We really appreciated all his help and support throughout our tenancy.<br><br>We would highly recommend Andy as a property manager and thanks again!
