22nd Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)The whole process start to finish was simply shocking. The description on my details on rightmove and in the office had so many spelling mistakes and five calls later it was then correct. The video was completely wrong and they charged me £125 for the privilege and then to add insult to injury, his photographer threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay the whole amount, even though I shouldn’t of paid the full amount as the description and my address was totally wrong! Also my property was reduced, however some three weeks later my details in the office were still at the original price, and not showing the price reduction. The way Neil Coulby speaks to his clients leads a lot to be desired and is just awful as he clearly has no respect for women and he pressurises you into making decisions. Then on moving day they were constantly harassing me ringing me eight times to drop my keys off, when my removal men were only half way through, and even though my solicitor had not confirmed to me they’d even received the monies! Just a shocking stressful and unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using these highly unprofessional agents.

I have been a broker for 22 years and can honestly say that the speed in which Richard has turned this matter around has been impressive! I wish you a very successful 2023!

They handled a very difficult sale for us and went above and beyond at every stage — from chasing down company directors for restriction paperwork to pushing Land Registry to resolve issues. Brigitta and Josh are a small but incredibly effective team: professional, polite, and proactive throughout. Their marketing was as good as the big agencies at a fraction of the cost. Excellent value and excellent service — highly recommended. ?????
