28th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling is my mums and as I don’t still live in the area it was my brother who was the initial point of contact with Abode. They advised him to put the property on the market for an unrealistically high price and not surprisingly there was little or no interest. So, after weeks of little or no communication with Abode my brother went to see them . He was told the price was too high by someone other than the initial valuer.? So, price reduced to a more realistic level but still poor communication from Abode. We have since found a new agent.

22nd Aug 2019 (6 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

This was always really helpful in understanding why things might not have worked out. Followed up and generated leads actively. Friendly and personal service.

These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.- 9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Thank you to June at your rainford branch After several swops in estate agents we found a totally professional estate agent (june) who went above and beyond worked so hard to sell our house The amount of interest I had in my property was solely due to June's hard work and expertise in her field of work June also contributed in making our journey less stressful always acting quickly in a very professional manner . They handled a very difficult sale for us and went above and beyond at every stage — from chasing down company directors for restriction paperwork to pushing Land Registry to resolve issues. Brigitta and Josh are a small but incredibly effective team: professional, polite, and proactive throughout. Their marketing was as good as the big agencies at a fraction of the cost. Excellent value and excellent service — highly recommended. ?????
