2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

I can’t recommend them highly enough, they were always happy to assist with any queries throughout the sale and it was quicker than I expected. Would definitely use them again. 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

Communication was excellent too, and my requests were always dealt with in a professional and timely manner. The property itself was great and only very minor issues which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A special mention to Beth, Lauren and Sue who were always a pleasure to deal with. :)

Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Unfortunately, our accepted offer fell through because our buyer lost their own buyer. It felt incredibly daunting to have to put our home back on the market, but Alison and Molly were absolutely amazing.<br><br>They were highly communicative, deeply supportive, and incredibly proactive. Thanks to their hard work, they managed to find us a brand-new buyer! Selling a home is a very stressful experience, but Alison and Molly kept us completely reassured with frequent, transparent updates on our progress. We felt supported every single step of the way.
