Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Mypad ensured the whole transaction was smooth and problem free Jack and his staff were always on hand to answer any questions and i would have no hesitation in recommending mypad either as an estate agent or letting agent
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

We bought our first home here, and the staff were so friendly and kept us informed of even the smallest changes or progression. They were always available for calls, questions, and responded to emails quickly. Thanks to them, the whole process went so smoothly. Can’t thank them enough! I’d highly recommend them. Sharon and Vicky have been so lovely, and the experience has genuinely felt so personalised, even though they deal with lots of other people. Thank you everyone!
