Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. Very disappointing experience. Since listing our property in December, we have not had a single viewing in over six months, which raises serious concerns about the level of effort and marketing undertaken. We also requested reasonable support to explore separating the parking space from the apartment sale, in order to align pricing more closely with comparable properties (similar flats without parking are being treated the same by buyers). Despite this, and despite the contract indicating solicitor support, the request was refused. Overall, the service provided has been extremely limited - essentially a few photographs and an online listing - yet the full fee is still being retained. We have seen no evidence of active engagement or effective sales strategy. Would not recommend.... Read more
