He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, and by far the best estate agent we have dealt with over the course of many house moves. Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response.
