She went far beyond her remit to ensure the transaction crossed the finish line. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.
22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Emma booth, Andrea O'Brien and the team have been excellent so far and sold our home in a few weeks. They're always proactively selling your property to those on their records and professional with those that make contact directly. My wife and I would highly recommend using the Hazel Grove office which is structured to sell efficiently with a team working together through every stage of the process.

We were first time buyers and Jemma and the team went above and beyond to chase our exchange and completion to avoid us paying additional rental fees. They took the time to explain confusing legal jargon and ensured we felt supported at every step of the way. They have also offered us advice on dealing with a tricky rental situation whilst buying! They also made arranging surveys a breeze. Thank you so much!
