Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

It was a unique property at a high price point, so finding the right buyer and understanding what made the house special was really important. They got it right, achieving the full asking price in a really good timeframe (it sold within 2 weeks and completed 8weeks later) and we’re absolutely delighted with the result.<br><br>A special mention to James, who managed the sale and was a huge support throughout. Selling a home you’ve put so much into is a big deal and we’re very grateful to him and the team for helping us move on to our next chapter. Communication between buyer / seller and agent to iron out any problems was second to none.<br><br>I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling in Wilmslow. A brilliant sale and best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Jordan Fishwick, specifically Theo. We viewed a house and made an offer which was accepted after negotiations. We rushed the process with solicitors and others to complete the sale as per the Vendors wishes. However, a week later we received a call to inform us the vendors have accepted a new offer.<br><br>Theo failed to remove the property from the market even though we had provided all the documents, solicitors and mortgage details. We believe it was deliberately left on the market to continue attracting buyers even though we’d had our offer accepted. This situation could have been avoided.<br><br>Absolutely awful service! We’ve been left out of pocket due to the incompetence of Theo.

The service and feedback from each viewing was prompt and timely. The sale proceeded swiftly and completed on time. Would highly recommend them

I want to say how great I found Rooftops Lettings. The communication was fantastic, emails, phone calls pre-viewing and follow up when they said they would. The lady I dealt with, Louise, was amazing. So friendly, honest and genuine. The process was very straightforward, Louise was so professional and made me feel really special when she contacted me to say we'd been successful, she was genuinely happy for us. I can't recommend them enough, not all agents treat you like a human being, Rooftops really really do. Thanks Louise.
