6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)An estate agent that puts some effort into selling your house. We tried two others who only secured limited viewings and failed to follow up with those that did. The previous two seemed happy to have the property on their books, drawing the sales fee with the minimum of effort. A change to PFK secured a stream of viewings and the sale of the property. Between the subject to contract stage and completion they remained engaged and helped keep the process on track, by working with all parties to ensure that deadlines were met.

A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.
