Your Move staff in the Wigton branch have provided us with an exceptional service throughout from putting our house on the market through to exchanging contracts today. Claire photographed and advertised our house with an accurate valuation resulting in an offer of full asking price within weeks. Claire provided us with soliciters who have also been very efficient and providing an accurate time frame. Jess has supported us throughout the sales process and with all the complex paperwork. Jess has been very prompt and helpful. Overall we are so pleased we chose Your Move to sell our home and help us find our forever home.

I have to praise the professionalism and dedication of this team at Your Move Wigton. I came in looking to purchase my first home in the local area and the team here, particularly Jess, went above and beyond to make sure I knew all of my options, give real and honest insights into the nature and condition of properties, and provide advice and support with the process. The only reason I did not in the end make a purchase with them is because the sellers of my 'dream home' had chosen a different estate agency (though I now wish they'd chosen Your Move!). They clearly have the utmost care for their buyers and for the profession.

Well I'm very disappointed with your move at wigton we approached them regarding a lovely house we really were interested in we had to have a viewing via Internet and we even put froward numerous offers which unfortunately weren't accepted.
This a can accept but I ask your move to contact me regarding other property's we were interested in.
Unfortunately we've heard nothing from them and I feel very disappointed in them and certainly wouldn't recommend buying via them.

I do not ever write negative reviews unless absolutely needed! but in this case it’s paramount I’m afraid!
I Would never recommend this agency as the stress they caused to us by not sharing vital information was catastrophic and unprofessional. Ignoring calls from my agent and not returning them to say the least! Avoid and do your research there are far more professional and competent that deserve your time and business.

Viewed a property and requested a 2nd viewing,as we don't live locally I phoned the office and gave times we were available (we were in the area for a couple of days).Lady said she would phone me back that afternoon but I got no call.Next day I phoned back and another appointment was arranged for the following week.Had viewing and a few days later I was contacted about my thoughts.I had a couple of very relevant questions and waited for an answer.Three weeks later I contacted them to find out why I had received no reply and was told that they must have left an answerphone message with the wrong person by mistake.
Most definitely would not give this outfit the job of selling my house.Communication is appalling and consequently I have lost interest in the property as the answers to my questions when I finally received them were quite honestly unbelievable

Not too impressed with performance although very friendly and helpful to deal with. They provided the highest valuation out of 4 agents then marketed it slightly lower but attracted few viewers. Feedback from viewers included issues that might have been able to be resolved. They also gave poor and misleading advice. After 12 weeks I withdrew and placed with an independent and, whilst I did drop the price significantly, secured a sale within 9 days. The listing on Rightmove missed our property from the correct boundary and I had to tell them twice before this was corrected.

The valuation was based on a thorough evaluation of similar properties in the area and years of experience in where the market was going. We were happy with the proposed selling price provided. The pictures of the property on the web site were a bit over-enhanced but thaty was quickly corrected. The communication with the team in Wigton was exceptional leading to a slae of our property at a price we were happy with and within our timescales. Excellent.

If like a friend of mine you are looking to rent and are from anywhere near the indian continent, save yourself the time, effort, and money and look elsewhere, short of giving his shoe and collar size they needed everything for a pile of bricks and mortar, he was trying to rent not buy????
These lots are going to need another 20-30 years to catch up yet talk about going around the house.

Your Move Wigton well what can I say but after speaking to several estate agents this morning all of which were polite Your Move Wigton absolutely brilliant Bradley dealt with my queries his super calm professional personable way and voice made my morning so much better he not only booked the houses I wanted to view but he also remembered the others I had mentioned and booked in around them. What a special estate agent lovely talking to him and I only could wish that others could learn a thing or two from him.

Abysmal service!! Trying to get the branch manager to return a phone call was a nightmare! The worst experience of trying to rent a house i have ever experienced. Totally incompetent and amateur in their attempt at negotiations and fobbed off at every question. Renters & landlords should run a mile from these bunch of wannabee estate/letting agents... looks like we had a lucky escape.

Absolutely dreadful service really from start to finish. The original description of the home was awful and I had to ask them to change most of it. (I have the original for people to read). They didn’t put up a ‘for sale’ sign for 5wks and blamed a third party - it’s their (your move) responsibility to ensure that these things are done. I had zero communication from them, no courtesy call, no email nothing at all while the house was for sale. I decided to take it off the market after 6wks afree only one showing - which I received no feedback from. They’re full of initial promises, of course your house is gorgeous, we will market it at a sellable price, it’s so desirable it will sell very fast. This is the second time they’re tried to sell it, I should really have gone off my gut instinct and not given them a second change. Oh and to add insult to injury, when I went back in to collect my keys - I was met by a man I’d never seen or met before, asked for me keys, didn’t give a name and he just handed them straight over with no security checks or details!

Absolutely useless... Rented a house through them. Reported issues were never resolved. In the end tried to charge me for things that were damaged before I moved in, good thing I made photos and uploaded them to be included in initial report. Had to dispute charges with TDP scheme to get my deposit back. I also found out that previous tenants had same issues and never got their deposit back. Absolute scammers... Avoid at all cost

Called over 20 times over a 7 week period trying to arrange a viewing for a 2 bed flat above their shop. They kept telling me they couldn't get in contact with the tenants to arrange a viewing (Even though the flat is directly above their office). They wouldn't accept an offer from me. Now they've told me the flat has been sold. I would guess these are scam artists withholding viewings from the owner to drive the price down. Maybe or maybe not but there's definitely something dodgy about them. They're also still advertising the flat as for sale. Steer clear!

Terrible. As a buyer would not respond to calls to view a house. Eventually house sold with Your Move blaming the stress on the sellers. And the Estate Agents are supposed to take the stress out of selling your house! Would put no stars, but 1 is the minimum.

Went for an interview over a year ago with them and they kept saying how "professional" they were etc. They said they'd let me know within a week and to this day, even after chasing them, they never for back to me. So much for professional they didn't even have the decency to tell me I didn't have the job.
