Marcus showed us around the property and from the outset provided very useful insights, information and support about both the property and area. All staff we interacted with were helpful and as a team nothing was too much trouble plus you always got an immediate or timely response. We received regular updates, they were extremely efficient and effective in enabling a smooth sale. Thank you Marcus and the team. In summary superb.

We particularly liked the personal approach adopted by Richard and his sales team. We were kept informed throughout the sales process.<br>Once we had accepted an offer was when the ongoing support came into its own. Theresa did an excellent job keeping us and everyone in the chain informed and up to date. She was a godsend.<br>This really was an end to end service and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We would definitely use his services again when the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the Cuckfield branch to anyone looking to move.

Gareth was able to access a wide range of lenders that we wouldn’t have been able to approach ourselves, and he made the whole process feel much more straightforward.<br><br>Our purchase took longer than expected, but Gareth was able to secure us a new mortgage deal during the process.
