6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)After telling my parents their house was worth £75k more than they got for it and over a year without viewings, after reducing the price by above said amount they finally got a buyer. They had done nothing up until that point and still stayed relatively mute whilst the sale went through! Was not impressed at all with their customer services. Would not recommend!

She was always on the ball, really friendly and so helpful throughout the whole process.<br>The house buying process was completely new to me and there were times when I had absolutely no idea what was going on, but Kinga was always happy to explain things and somehow managed to make me feel like I wasn’t completely clueless!
