Parklane Property Agents were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to especially thank (Amie) as she was a superstar. She gave great advice, her communication was next level and she was a real support throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend her and Parklane Property Agents enough. So reassuring that there are still some generally helpful and caring estate agents available these days Best estate agent by far !

Her communication was great and was always friendly considering I was a nightmare client ?????? I would recommend this branch of abbotts again. Thank you for your hard work hard!!

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)After telling my parents their house was worth £75k more than they got for it and over a year without viewings, after reducing the price by above said amount they finally got a buyer. They had done nothing up until that point and still stayed relatively mute whilst the sale went through! Was not impressed at all with their customer services. Would not recommend!

From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home
