Saunders (John, Edward and Richard) have been amazing for various viewings and during the process of buying a house through them. The patience, guidance and respect shown to the vendor while she needed extra help with her sale and ability to show kindness throughout the sale has been memorable and they have gone above and beyond with both the vendor and for us during our purchase with them. In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise.
