I mainly dealt with John Ramsey , and his expert advice, guidance and constant support were truly helpful throughout. If you’re looking for a professional and reliable estate agent, I highly recommend Saunders.
20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)It is hard to know where to begin. I found the attitude of the senior staff at the Banstead office to be arrogant, misogynistic and bombastic. Despite often making major errors such as leaving the back door unlocked after a viewing or leaving lights on in the house so when it got dark the house could be seen from outside or on one occasion leaving the list of the day's viewings for the agent with names, addresses, emails, key codes and price limits on my breakfast bar- there was little or no humility or apology but rather a feeling that they were always right. They tried to pressurise me into reducing the price after just 3 weeks despite it being the middle of August and when they gave information to my ex husband that was not helpful I phoned to state it had caused an issue and they said, "It isn't my fault you are going through a messy divorce". They lacked all compassion, care and professionalism. I will never recommend them or go into their office ever again. It is interesting to note that when the house did sell it was not them that showed them round but myself (as it was a Sunday) and if it hadn't been for the estate agent I was buying from (Andrews) being so brilliant chasing up and down the chain I honestly think we still wouldn't be moved now.

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Cubitt & West in Banstead, have been responsible for putting my flat on the market. Fran, Natasha, Lauren and Carole have been nothing but professional, very good, clear communication and have expertly advertised my flat which is a tough sell. In fact, I bought the flat from them many years ago also. Additionally, they have also dealt with the rental management for nearly 10 years. They really are a friendly, upbeat bunch and would recommend them 100%!!!
