Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened. When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job. Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him! No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday! Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly. He certainly earns our respect. There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better. Very poor communication. Had to chase repeatedly to find out what was happening. Paid for the premium package and had hosted viewings all contracted out to an agency. Different agent almost every time turning up minutes before the viewer. No knowledge of the property and poor follow ups for feedback. After 3 months without a sale went to another agent and sold within a week. Definitely do NOT recommend Purplebricks, they take your money then have no incentive to make sure you get a sale. Avoid and pay the extra money for a proper estate agent rather than pay twice like we did.... Read more
