As well as having an incredible ability to showcase special properties, she is a master in the art of matchmaking tenants to landlords. She innately understands that for certain properties it is all about the relationship rather than simply getting a “deal” done.<br><br>Tanya was remarkably thoughtful and adept at helping us get to know our landlord and her team during the vetting phase. She was clear, transparent and always available to guide us through the process.    they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them....
