6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Even with my very tricky situation as a self employed she was able to find me a super favourable deal.<br><br>There was no question she would not answer and in timely fashion to boot.<br><br>Very highly recommended!
23rd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Philip May's genuine enthusiasm for the property we were selling, and his ability to sell Hodsons' services sold Hodsons to me as the estate agent to choose to sell a family home. The subsequent progress has been excellent, with a well-qualified buyer lined up within weeks. The only criticism I have is that a 'For Sale' sign was erected in the garden of the property which was unoccupied, and I had specifically asked for no sign.- 14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Kaine at Thomas Merrifield in Abingdon was an amazing help to us when purchasing our property. Always going out of his way to support us and staying calm in stressful situations. Would highly recommend.

5th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Agents under valued our property- we ended up going elsewhere and managed to get 80K more than this agency wanted to put it onto the market for. To me, the agent didnt really seem to know what they were talking about. Owner seems more interested in opening new shops then helping with current clients and wasnt very attentive whilst showing him around. Would not recommend unfortunately.
