From the first day we were shown a house to finish, they stood by us and are always available to let you know the true state of things. We were first time buyers with no idea of the mortgage market. They introduced us to a financial broker and solicitors who were geniuses in the mortgage market. Everything went smoothly and fast. We can't thank you enough. Great Team.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

She made our transaction smooth and was always very responsive to emails, which made a huge difference throughout the process. The Branch Manager, Neil, is also incredibly helpful, they both truly go out of their way to make sure the whole experience is an enjoyable transition. We would highly recommend Robinson & Jackson, Bexleyheath, and look forward to using them again in the future. Jay

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)To date it has been a pleasure dealing with RJ who have been excellent in the communication of keeping us updated in viewings and feedback by way of WhatsApp, email and text Natalie Birks & Harry Howard were both extremely professional when they viewed the bungalow and pro-active in getting the bungalow on the market.
23rd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)Really professional and helpful team. Malcolm did our initial valuation and was really knowledgeable and informative. He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark
18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Acorn lettings have been so helpful, responsive and friendly. They love their job so much the really go above and beyond without realising. I can totally relate! Thank you so much for such a welcoming experience ??????

Laura contacted me promptly after I put my enquiry in on the property, organised a viewing and coached us through all the admin to secure it. Then Jenancya called to introduce herself with friendly and professional manor and has responded to any questions, queries and problems we have with an understanding manor and continued to pursue our landlord to ensure a resolution.
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with Metro Village was easily the worst renting experience we’ve had. When we viewed the flat, Nick told us the main window — which was completely shattered — would be repaired before we moved in. Once we moved in and followed up, the agency said there was no record of that agreement and the repair never happened. Our letting manager Kevin was extremely difficult and unprofessional to deal with from the start. Emails regularly went unanswered, calls were avoided, and it was very clear he had no interest in helping tenants — despite us paying close to £30,000 per year in rent. Instead of helping resolve issues, he consistently sided with the landlord. Throughout the tenancy, important repairs were ignored and communication was extremely poor. It often felt impossible to get any clear response or action. Another frustrating issue was that the flat contained old items left by the agency (including used bedding and broken things) that we were told we couldn’t remove. This made it feel like the flat wasn’t really ours to live in freely, despite paying full rent. The most concerning part was the deposit process. We were presented with a long list of charges for small items — things like £5 for a lightbulb or £18 for a spatula that had clearly been used long before our tenancy. Many of these charges felt excessive and difficult to justify. If you rent through them, I strongly recommend using the official deposit protection scheme adjudication process if there are disputes. Once the charges had to be formally reviewed and justified, several of them suddenly changed. Even after agreeing the final amount, it still took weeks of chasing emails to actually receive the deposit back. Overall this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unresolved issues, and a difficult deposit process. I hope this review helps future renters make an informed decision.
20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I first contacted Tom, then I also have Nick, Janis and Erica helping me in getting through the sale process of my property which is not easy for me as I sometimes live abroad .<br>They are all very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. I can also go to their office anytime (office hours) if needed.<br>They even offer me free visit to my property weekly while I am not in UK which is really a great help to me and I really appreciate it very much. Any problems I can ask for their professional advice and they always give me full support. So I can rest my mind and I truly trust them.<br>So I would highly recommend them to anyone for their genuine and supportive service. He has a detailed knowledge of the Joydens wood area. He gave very good, honest advice around the selling price. His team are responsive and friendly. They are all very professional and give clear regular updates and advice. I have just sold the property and could not be more pleased. I would recommend unreservedly to other sellers.

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.

12th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Avoid this agent at all costs, they have no morals and appear happy to facilitate drug dealing at their property. We were put through nearly 5 years of hell by AR who managed a house next door to us in Belvedere. An initial noise complaint was rudely denied by Manager Natalie. Tenants were keeping illegal vehicles on the road and were housing a convicted drug dealer who openly carried out his business outside the house. Drug use and dealing continued day and night with lockdown parties and several visits from the police. Clear CCTV evidence was given to AR and Natalie replied by saying that the powder that one of the tenants was filmed sniffing outside could have been “bath salts”. Met police then became involved and after speaking with Natalie described her as rude and unhelpful and told us to stop all communication with AR as Natalie had told us blatant lies. Tenants continued to move in other drug users and dealers. Local council also became involved along with local MP who urged them to take action several times. In January 23 we were told by the illusive landlord that Natalie had now left the company and Danielle would now manage the property. I met with Danielle and submitted a written complaint and compelling CCTV evidence of the drug dealing (this was also supported by the Met and local MP). Danielle then told me the complaint would be properly reviewed and discussed eviction but said she would consult with the LL, despite the LL confirming in writing that AR were completely in charge of the property. We then received a reply that ignored almost the entire complaint and made no comment iro the drug dealing. The only action that was taken was the removal of the tenants gate by the LL (in the early hours of the morning!) that was causing a disturbance 24/7 due to the constant comings and goings in relation to the drug dealing. I called Danielle who was evasive and told me to stop filming the dealing on my CCTV! She also told me that the tenants “guests” behaviour was not their responsibility! The Met strong disagreed and asked to arrange a meeting with Danielle which was declined by her. After escalating the complaint Danielle was completely unaware of GDPR obligations and refused a data access request and was then told by the Ombudsman to respond and provide info (after months of emails). In Feb 24 the Met then raided the property following further reports from other witnesses and the tenants were arrested, charged and convicted with drug possession and distribution. It then took a further 2 months for AR and the LL to remove the tenants. We suffered years of intimidation, threats and damage to our property and health whilst AR did nothing to help us, instead denying the drug dealers lived there, relying on once a year inspections where they gave the tenants advance notice. Danielle was totally inept at her job and AR clearly failed in their duty as agents. After the raid they continuously directed us to the LL who unsurprisingly directed us back to AR. Director Sunny Kang was copied into all emails but did not once intervene. This company are a disgrace and should no longer be allowed to trade! All information in this review is factual and is supported by written evidence.
