18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!
6th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)We found all the staff at Haart in Dartford very helpful friendly professional and with great communication! We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.
