The level of communication provided by everyone at Crown Estate Agents was outstanding throughout the entire transaction.<br><br>We are especially grateful to Lisa. The purchase became extremely complicated because of three outstanding charges registered against the property, which caused the transaction to become stuck. Lisa went far beyond what would normally be expected from an estate agent. She contacted the third-party solicitors, communicated with the bank’s solicitors and gathered information from the relevant authorities, including HM Land Registry, to help everyone understand how the matter could legally be resolved.<br><br>Lisa guided all the parties, followed up continuously and obtained updates every day. She made sure that important information was shared promptly between the seller, solicitors, bank and buyer. Her persistence, professionalism and determination played a major part in getting the charges removed, clearing the title and bringing the transaction to a successful completion.<br><br>Without Lisa’s hard work and constant involvement, it would have been extremely difficult to clear the title and complete this purchase. She did not treat this as simply another property sale; she took genuine responsibility for helping to resolve every obstacle.<br><br>Mr Martin and the other Crown Estate Agents staff were also extremely helpful, responsive and professional from beginning to end. Their teamwork and customer service were of the highest standard.<br><br>We are incredibly thankful to Lisa, Martin and the entire Crown Estate Agents team. They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen!
