No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

The level of communication provided by everyone at Crown Estate Agents was outstanding throughout the entire transaction.<br><br>We are especially grateful to Lisa. The purchase became extremely complicated because of three outstanding charges registered against the property, which caused the transaction to become stuck. Lisa went far beyond what would normally be expected from an estate agent. She contacted the third-party solicitors, communicated with the bank’s solicitors and gathered information from the relevant authorities, including HM Land Registry, to help everyone understand how the matter could legally be resolved.<br><br>Lisa guided all the parties, followed up continuously and obtained updates every day. She made sure that important information was shared promptly between the seller, solicitors, bank and buyer. Her persistence, professionalism and determination played a major part in getting the charges removed, clearing the title and bringing the transaction to a successful completion.<br><br>Without Lisa’s hard work and constant involvement, it would have been extremely difficult to clear the title and complete this purchase. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! From meeting the Estate Agent at the valuation stage. There enthusiasm and knowledge of the area convinced me it was the right choice to work with them.<br>Especially good communication on a weekly basis gave me the confidence that I was in good hands.<br>I developed a good working relationship with Dannielle the branch Manager.<br>Safe to say it was really seamless process and affordable charges allowed me not to worry about a thing.<br>I was that impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, that I instructed Curtis Law to do the conveyancing for me as well.<br>All round good experience.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They set up a Whatsapp group to keep us informed of progress and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were polite and courteous whilst friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt listened to and valued throughout. Our house was marketed very promptly, the photographs and information were superb. The cherry on the cake - the house was sold within 2 days of advertising, above the asking price! I would urge anyone selling their property to contact W&J Properties - you won't be disappointed!
