19th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)I have been a tenant with Hunters Liverpool for over 6 years, and the service and support they provided throughout have been exceptional. Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended

22nd Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

They were always at the end of a phone, they constantly pushed the property, even in the difficult weeks when things were slow, they never gave up. Even after we received and accepted an offer, they were always there to keep things on track and sort out any issues with solicitors etc. Great service and great value for money.
13th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Tom and Joanna worked tirelessly to find a tenant for our property. The first tenant pulled out at the last moment so they had to start again. Then, last November 2023, we finally had a signed lease and a lovely tenant. Thank you guys and will be recommending SK to others.

14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very concerning conduct by this agency regarding the repeat rental of a property where they KNOW black mould and damp are present, yet their excuse is that " the property owner is not prepared to spend any money on addressing the disrepair" So why if you are truly a reputable agency REVIVE which cares about tenants, would you continue to work with such a landlord?! Revive's culpability in the persistent rental of properties where there is evident and reported damp and black mould which is seriously detrimental to the health of young children, is disgraceful and clearly demonstrates their love of profits over people!

As a new landlord, I wasn’t fully familiar with the process, but James guided me every step of the way. He clearly explained all the available options, outlined the next steps, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was how quickly they worked — my house was rented out in less than two weeks, and tenants were moved in smoothly without any issues. Communication was excellent throughout; every question I had was answered within minutes, which gave me real confidence and peace of mind. They also arranged everything required, including the Gas Safety Certificate, EICR, and EPC, making the whole process completely hassle-free for me. 14th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. An unethical landlord with no concern. GREEDY
