4th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were Professional and personable and I felt we actually became friends - almost ! Highly recommend

9th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We had the best experience with Wainwright's from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agents. Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. From start to finish, Lynne, Seth and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>I’ve mainly dealt with Lynne throughout the process, and she has been so lovely, helpful and reassuring. Buying my first home ended up being a much more complicated process than I expected, but Lynne was always there to keep me updated, answer my questions and help wherever she could.<br><br>Seth has also been incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I’ve dealt with him, and I’ve genuinely felt so well looked after throughout the whole process.
