4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I was supposed to view a rental property with clee llandovery on a Saturday, to be told that the viewing was no longer available....are clee just in it for the views?! I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

From the very beginning, Darren was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and everyone else I spoke to at Sunderlands was equally brilliant.<br><br>Our house sold after just three viewings, which we were absolutely delighted with! The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the communication, professionalism and support we received throughout.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Sunderlands team for helping us sell our home. We really couldn’t fault the service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house!

Much appreciated.- 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Unhelpful Staff.<br><br>This way or no way pretty much.<br><br>Quite rude staff, here's a brief of the call I had.<br><br>Rang the company to organise a viewing for a rental house.<br><br>Was offered one day, two different time slots at 10am. Told the woman need to travel 2 - 3 hrs and asked to get a different time or day. Was told no.<br><br>Asked for a virtual viewing, was told no.<br><br>Asked for the application again told no.<br><br>Very unprofessional and unhelpful, avoid this company.

Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. See you in 10 years for same…bet your glad to see the back of us lol.
