I also have few properties with a national company and there is no comparison in the level of service that White and Jones provide. All the staff go above and beyond to help and all services/ maintenance are dealt with by local people in a local office. Your call is always answered and your email responded too. Keep up the good work!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again.<br><br>Update in response:<br>As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you. Thanks ??????

Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, especially when things don’t always go to plan, but Claire was always there to help, chase things up and keep me updated.<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable, friendly and supportive everyone was throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was just another customer, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about getting the sale completed.<br><br>Thank you so much to Claire and the whole team for all your patience, hard work and support. It was an emotional journey selling my house in many ways but Chris and his team stepped in and provided the support and advice that I needed to reach the desired outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
