9th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

Her communication was clear and timely, and she worked hard to keep everything moving quickly — which meant a lot after the setbacks we’d had with other properties. 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I’ve been renting out my property since 2015 and White and Jones in Swansea are easily the best agents I’ve used.<br>They found me a great tenant (the best I’ve had), and their management has been spot on—no chasing, everything just gets done. They even sorted the EICR within a day, which was really impressive.<br>Payments and invoices are always on time too, which makes things hassle-free.
