6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Chloe was great, communication was spot on, any issues were quickly resolved. Whole experience was easy and slick. Thanks to the team at romans. Once the property was rented, the service dropped below par. The exit interview was arranged by romans, yet I had to contact the landlord to agree what was closed off. No help from romans at all with any of the issues experienced in the property.
