Absolutely NO interest, personable approach or motivation in presentation! In short personality and sales approach of a cold fish!

Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

1st Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Communication was poor, on more than one occasion they provided information to us and another agent who was advertising a property that we were interested in buying upon selling ours, wrong information, providing details of another property. Viewings were booked for our property without us confirming the time was convenient, on multiple occasions we had to call to check if any viewings were booked in, when this didn't happen we were given very little notice of viewings (in one instance this was only an hour).

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
