We purchased a house from Beresford Adams and quite honestly from the moment the monies changed hands they were pretty useless. We had to wait around to receive only one key to our property for over an hour as the transfer of keys had not been organised at all unlike our estate agent on the other end of our chain who ensured this went smoothly. We were misled about items we paid extra for the vendor was to leave and when queried after sale along with the two showers in the house leaking through the ceilings the estate agent didnt want to know. Aftercare obviously not included after they receive their commission. Disappointing experience.... Read more
