Elfyn, Lisa, Alex and Lesley were all not only professional but extremely proactive and helpful throughout the sales process. Our house sold quickly with them and they were on hand to answer any questions and move everything along quickly. Every time we called the office the phone would be answered and we were always called back quickly with updates on any questions. The initial pricing was honest and a real reflection of the property value, pictures of our home were brilliant, the sale process was proactive and the whole team was a pleasure to communicate with.

Absolutely amazing people in this office. From start to finish was so easy. Really proactive and the communication was brilliant. Knew everything every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and easy to contact- very responsive. All the staff were friendly and informative. Mainly dealt with Lesley. Knows her stuff! But all the team were great!! Would definitely recommend these guys to sell your home. Took the stress out of it. Thanks again for all your help x

A great team at this branch. We have purchased 3 houses with Lesley in the last 12 months. We described what type of property we were looking for and she proactively contacted us when a house matching our requirements came on the market. She then chased the sale through to completion keeping on top of all the parties involved to make sure it was a timely and efficient process. Would highly recommend.

My family and I viewed a house in street we were interested in. I had an offer accepted. Which was great. Until two days later I was told I was gazumped! Not much of an explanation. The house had been on the market for months. Which I believe was a conflict of interest with one investor of the property. Anyway.. I was mainly a cash buyer, but also in the process of buying some land so acquired a mortgage offer to ensure that this purchase was straightforward. They tried to push for their own mortgage people, which I wasn't really interested in. Which I this think was the defining factor! Suddenly a house that noone was interested in... is in a bidding war. Shame on you Beresford Adams.
