1st Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Communication was poor, on more than one occasion they provided information to us and another agent who was advertising a property that we were interested in buying upon selling ours, wrong information, providing details of another property. Viewings were booked for our property without us confirming the time was convenient, on multiple occasions we had to call to check if any viewings were booked in, when this didn't happen we were given very little notice of viewings (in one instance this was only an hour).
11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .
