Faye is a liar. I caught her out for lying to me regarding passing information to the landlord (she said she did, she didn’t) I raise a formal complaint and not only did the response admit to Faye’s lies, it also caught out another lie she said to me too. I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable.
