My husband and I had been looking for houses in Barnsley for months and dealt with many estate agents and we have to say Your Move was wonderful! We worked with Charlotte and sometimes Olivia to book many viewings before we purchased and we finally put an offer on a house they hosted— Charlotte was the one who helped us and she was always friendly kind, understanding, kept us consistently updated, helped us with any queries and more importantly helped us chase solicitors! Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on.
