We worked with Charlotte and sometimes Olivia to book many viewings before we purchased and we finally put an offer on a house they hosted— Charlotte was the one who helped us and she was always friendly kind, understanding, kept us consistently updated, helped us with any queries and more importantly helped us chase solicitors!
