He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended

And I’ll specially appreciate one of the agents Jazmyn Dennis who took charge of my letting process flawlessly, super timely and always responding to my millions of questions!!! I will recommend them always to anyone trying to find a good home with a seamless experience and process.
27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)As a father, I am disgusted by the condition of the student accommodation my son is renting through Martin & Co Canterbury.<br><br>I work in construction and have seen plenty of building defects over the years, but what I witnessed at this property is deeply concerning. Extensive cracking, walls separating from ceilings and floors, and doors that no longer close properly — all developing within weeks of the students moving in.<br><br>Despite the students repeatedly reporting issues, the agency's response has been completely inadequate.<br><br>I expect my son to be able to live somewhere safe while attending university, not somewhere that raises serious questions about its structural integrity.<br><br>Extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled.
29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

24th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Not a completely awful experience. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

She gave a realistic valuation and our property sold to the first viewers for the asking price. She also swiftly and professionally negotiated the purchase of our next home. She was extremely approachable, responsive and pro-active, but never pushy. She managed to handle every potential hitch so that we all came out feeling we had been fairly and respectfully treated, and that really is an achievement, given what a long and stressful process buying and selling is. Please don’t choose an agent that overvalues your property just to get it on their books, then lets it (and you) stagnate for months, even years. If you are serious about selling your property, then I would 100% recommend Godwin Curtis, and Jordan specifically – she is experienced, professional, a brilliant negotiator and will be with you every step of the way. Thank you, Jordan, and Godwin Curtis – you have literally made our dreams come true!

From start to finish, they have been an absolute dream to deal with. Whenever a stressful bump in the road came up with my paperwork, they stepped right in, went out of their way to help me, and sorted everything out with the landlord so smoothly! ?????????????<br>It is so rare to find an agency that actually cares about people this much.
