7th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Renting with Reign has been a very good experience. Sapna, in particular, makes the moving in process very easy. She is also very helpful and communicative. However, once in the apartment, the team has not been so responsive.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Yet they charged us for something they never did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

She conducted her market research and prepared results according to my needs and the outcome was positive. Katie was extremely informative, helpful, and communicated excellently throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and utilise Katie again in future. I am concerned that the quotations provided for cleaning and painting were significantly inflated, potentially resulting in tenants being charged more than is reasonable. Greater transparency and the use of independent quotations are necessary to ensure a fair process for all parties.
