Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once.
