Rental service The inventory service was unorganized and the staff lacked knowledge of meter readings and codes. Furthermore, the water tank was not clean despite a claimed check, and the centralized heating system was damaged with no operating codes provided." I asked about EICR report they have provided a report with wrong address. Altogether 4 heater and water heater is not working. It never turned up to the view in. Making up excuses. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property.
